Introducing the Spring Series!
Winter arrived late this year, and so to take advantage of the now abundant snow and awesome trail conditions, we’re hosting a Spring Citizens Series. These fun races will take place on Tuesday, March 13 and Tuesday, March 20 at 5:30 p.m. March 13 will be at the Big Mine Loop and March 20 will be at the Town Ranch; each race will consist of 8 laps that can be done as an individual or a relay team of up to 4 people. Cost is $5 per person, and registration starts at 5 p.m. at the Center for the Big Mine race and at the Town Ranch trailhead for the Town Ranch race. There will be prizes for the winner, whether a team or individual. Come on out for some spring skiing fun!
Mountain Store Citizens Race Series
The Citizens Race Series is competitive and fun for all ages and abilities. Races are held at scenic locations within our groomed trail network. Beginning with 10km lengths in early December, race distances increase 20km leading up to the Alley Loop in early February. Point totals are recorded in order to crown champions at the end of the season. Please join us for these great training and social races!
Cost: $12.00 Adults / $10.00 Members / $2 Children under 12
Register at Nordic Center before 9:30am. Races start at 10am sharp. Location TBA.
Race venues are subject to weather and conditions. Venues will be posted at the Nordic Center the week of each race.
