The Crested Butte Nordic Center offers several programs to enhance your nordic skiing experience. Whether you’re new to Nordic, new to Crested Butte, or an old-hand that wants to get more involved, these programs are a great way to be an active part of our vibrant community.
For folks interested in our fun and intense-as-you-want-it-to-be races, check out the Citizens Series. For Masters skiers (basically anyone older than 22) that wants to race, learn, and train, check out our Masters Clinics and the Junior NOrdic Team’s Masters Training Program. For younger racers or kids that are learning to ski, the Jr. Nordic Team has a full selection of programs ranging from once a week to every day. We also work hard to make sure every kid in Gunnison and Crested Butte gets the chance to try Nordic skiing while they’re growing up here by hosting the Ski 4 PE program in spring.
Finally, for the wise and experienced amongst us, the Gray Hares meet on Wednesdays to ski and carouse.
