Dog Pass Agreement

Please read the following dog policies in full as rules have changed.

By purchasing a dog pass, I agree to abide by the following Dog Trail Use Policies as put forth by the Crested Butte Nordic Council in Crested Butte, Colorado.

Dogs are only allowed on dog-friendly trails as indicated on our trail map and must display a pass on either the dog or owner.
Each skier can have no more than 2 dogs with them at a time.
Dogs must be under control and in sight at all times.
The Rec Path requires dogs to be leashed.
Dog waste must be picked up on trails AND placed in a waste receptacle. Such receptacles are provided at each dog-friendly trailhead.
DO NOT leave dog waste, bagged or not, on the trail for any length of time as it gets stuck in and spread by the groomer.
Dogs must respect private property by remaining on the trail.

I have read and understand the dog rules. I understand that violations of these policies will result in suspension or revocation of my dog's pass and/or my pass, or the loss of dog trail privileges for all users.
