By purchasing a dog pass, I agree to abide by the following Dog Trail Use Policies as put forth by the Crested Butte Nordic Council in Crested Butte, Colorado.
- Dogs are only allowed on dog-friendly trails as indicated on our trail map and must display a pass on either the dog or owner.
- Each skier can have no more than 2 dogs with them at a time.
- Dogs must be under control and in sight at all times.
- The Rec Path requires dogs to be leashed.
- Dog waste must be picked up on trails AND placed in a waste receptacle. Such receptacles are provided at each dog-friendly trailhead.
- DO NOT leave dog waste, bagged or not, on the trail for any length of time as it gets stuck in and spread by the groomer.
- Dogs must respect private property by remaining on the trail.
