Like many of us, I find myself frequently wondering, “How are we already halfway through July?” After thoughts like these, my father often pokes fun and remarks, “It’s this whole Earth rotation thing.” It’s a running joke in my family, but somehow I still find myself surprised every year. So here we are again, at the start of a new CB Nordic fiscal year, quickly barreling towards another winter season. Spring and early summer offer us a chance to reflect on the past season before we jump headfirst into planning for the next one. One of our favorite ways to reflect is through the people. Whether you’re here for the trails, the programs, or the events, I think we can all agree that we return over and over again for the community. So, we’re excited to share the 2024-2025 Annual Report with you. We had a chance to catch up with volunteers, landowners, trail hosts, and coaches. We also offer a glimpse into some upcoming changes and upgrades, and we take a deeper look at The Outpost. That’s all for this edition of the Nordic News.
